With l95 down, the corner of S. Main St. & Wickenden St.is open to the sky and is
now 40 acres of prime real estate for the economic future of Rhode Island. We remember the old days when that corner was the heart of our Cape Verdean community. The "new" Fox Point and the"forty acres without the mule"is also part of our legacy,and we're working hard to keep the memory alive.
